Singapore INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. Full time

Troubleshooting & repair works for the air con.
- On-site preventive servicing & maintenance of air con.
- Ensuring all works compliance with appliance standards and Health and Safety Act.
- Cleaning, checking, and repairing of air conditioning systems
- Troubleshooting defective air con systems and equipment to identify the root cause and replacement of component.
- Improve air quality and optimize efficiency by cleaning cooling coil (Chemical Wash / Steam Cleaning)
- Ensure drain pipe free of dust/dirt and draining properly.
- Submission of report of servicing & maintenance functions.
- Ensuring all works compliance with appliance standards and Health and Safety Act.
- Carry out regular checklist to all plant room facilities equipment - fire protection system,
- To carry out general maintenance works (eg. air con, electrical and plumbing works)
- To perform minor repair work and restore services operating with minimum downtime.
- Ensure smooth operation of all M&E system in the building.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 5-year relevant working experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities and implementing improvement works
- Immediate starter or within short notice period preferred
