**About the role**:
We currently are looking for a junior lawyer to join our Corporate group in Singapore. The role offers exposure to a range of transactions, including public and private M&A, joint ventures, private equity and securities offerings.

Most of the work will have an international dimension, ranging from some of the largest and most complex transactions to smaller deals that offer greater individual responsibility. We provide comprehensive training and career development for our associates at all levels, and encourage secondments - both within our international network and with our clients.

**Responsibilities and deliverables**:

- Work on a broad range of high-value public and private M&A transactions, including cross-border deals
- Support global mergers, new business ventures, and joint venture arrangements across diverse industries
- Advise on private equity and fundraising transactions spanning multiple market sectors
- Assist with funds-related matters and regulatory compliance
- Prepare client presentations and thought leadership pieces, and contribute to business development initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Outstanding academic record
- Technically strong and commerically minded lawyer with experience at a leading law firm
- Confident and self-motivated, with able to work independently
- Culturally aware and enthusiastic about working with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Capable of handling significant responsibility and managing a demanding workload
- Proactive in business development and knowledge-sharing initiatives
