**About Us**

Anglo Caregivers connects families with dependable live-in caregivers, specialising in eldercare support. We understand that arranging care for a loved one can be stressful—our role is to make it clearer, kinder, and more effective.

We’re looking for a **Customer Service Executive (Care Consultant)** to guide families through this journey with empathy, professionalism and attention to detail.

**Your Responsibilities**

As a key point of contact for families and caregivers, you will:

- Respond to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and face-to-face, providing timely and helpful information
- Match families with suitable caregiver profiles based on needs and preferences
- Explain regulatory requirements and agency contractual terms to employers.
- Support onboarding of caregivers and ensure smooth case handovers
- Follow up on family or caregiver concerns with sensitivity and professionalism

**Who We’re Looking For**

We’d love to hear from you if you:

- Are **empathetic**, friendly, and able to communicate clearly with families in sensitive situations
- Are **highly organised** and comfortable juggling multiple cases or tasks
- Have **strong written and spoken English** (Bonus: Bahasa Indonesia / Melayu to converse with MDWs from Indonesia).
- Are confident using WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, and cloud-based admin tools
- Have prior experience in **customer service**, **admin**, **healthcare**, **caregiving** or **employment agency work** (preferred, but not required)
- **CEI certification is preferred; willingness to obtain certification before starting is acceptable**:

- Minimum diploma in any field.
- At least 2 years of desk-bound work experience.

**Work Arrangement**
- **5-Day Work Week**: Office hours (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM); rest day on one weekday and one weekend day (currently on a Sunday, but might be Saturday / Sunday in the future, off days are also not on consecutive days)
- Right above **Kent Ridge MRT**:
