Assist the Workshop Manager in the management and control of the vehicle repairs and maintenance activities to deliver profitable financial goals
Supervise workshop activities to ensure quality service to meeting customers’ expectations
Manage and resolve customer’s concerns and feedback on quality and output of repair work rendered
Control and plan workflow at the workshop with Foreman to ensure optimum usage of available resources to achieve high productivity
Requirements: 4 years' hands-on experience in the automotive diagnostic work
Experience in trouble-shooting and automotive diagnostic work
1. Planning skills - develop plans to reduce vehicle down time and ensure all teams are able to carried out maintenance and repair work on time
2. Communication skills - maintain good communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external customers3. Problem Solving skills - Resourceful, identify work problems, evaluate options and implement solutions
4. PC literacy skills - Microsoft Office and preferably with SAP5. Driving Experience - Prefers to possess Class 3 and/or 4 Driving Licence

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
