Your primary responsibilities are to directly support the Director of Operations (DOO) in fulfilling Grace AG’s mission and strategies. As part of the admin team, your key responsibilities are tracking and assisting in the completion of various tasks handled by DOO. You will also manage the administration of the office of DOO in areas like DOO’s budget, schedule, and meetings.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Ensure matters under DOO are efficiently tracked; and assist DOO in follow ups which could involve research of issues and coordination with various stakeholders
- Assist DOO in the management of the budget under DOO purview
- Organize, minute, track and follow-up for recurring and as required topical meetings
- Coordinate and/or communicate matters with stakeholders or authorities as required
- Manage DOO’s calendar and admin matters
- Assist in generating management reports to support DOO in effective decision making
- Plan & organize activities for Departments or volunteers under DOO
- Manage projects that are assigned by DOO

- Serving your full-time call to ministry
- Hold at least a Diploma
- Meticulous, independent, dynamic and resourceful, with a positive mindset

- Self-initiated individual, who can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
- Equipped with sound analytical, organisation and execution skills
- Good project management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Proficient in computer processing and systems skills
- Strong in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior work experiences in this field, involvement in church ministries or committees will be advantageous
