**Your tasks**:
**General Description**
- Regional Process and System team is responsible for the overall management of operational- excellence within the APAC DB Schenker Network. Project Manager Rate and Contract- Management (RCM) is responsible to manage projects in the area of rate management in RCM.**Requirements**:
**Specific Accountabilities**
- Manage projects in the area of Rate and Contract Management
- Manage rate and contract data bases
- Drive implementation of globally aligned RCM maintenance processes in APAC
- Conduct regular quality audits for rates maintained at regional & country level
- Investigate and resolve rate/tariff issues and steer rate/tariff clean-up activities
- Validation of all system change proposals directly related to RCM
- Collaboration with IT and Business stakeholders in the area of RCM
- Coordination of UAT (user acceptance testing) for RCM
- Identify areas where additional RCM training and/or support is required
- Coordinate RCM training as per regional needs
- Regional escalation point for RCM business support and issue resolution
- Act as a Liaison between the Region APAC Organization and Global RCM team

- Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities
- Good communication and leadership skills as the role requires frequent communication to various directions and all management levels
- Ability to lead or facilitate multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritizing work effectively
- Attention to details and strong organizational skills
- Cooperative team working attitude
- Quality and efficiency driven working style
- Fluent in Business English (spoken and written)
- Proactive, positive, enthusiastic and self-driven
- Willingness to travel

**Experience & Qualifications**
- The role requires an individual who has finished apprenticeship and/or studies in the area of logistics with several years of working experience in the ocean freight forwarding business.
- Good understanding of freight forwarding
- Deep understanding of business processes and supporting systems (TANGO) & tools
- Experienced in Rate & Tariff Management, Data Analysis and Project Management
- Understanding of RCM and TANGO processes
