Origin Grill is focused on the provenance of its ingredients, sourcing high-quality produce from environmentally responsible, artisan farmers both near and far. Our relationship with our farmers enables the Shangri-La to ethically source food from people who are passionate about their craft. For diners, that means every land, sea, and field ingredient is at its prime, with natural flavours shining through.
He/ She is responsible for the everyday operations, management, marketing and overall performance of the Origin Grill. As such he / she will be over-seeing the day-to-day running of the restaurant in connection with staffing, service, cost control, achieving maximum revenue and guest satisfaction. Delegation of duties and responsibilities to his / her Assistant Managers is necessary to ensure all rules and regulations are adhered to responsibly for uniformity and are in line with the companies’ policies.
**Requirements**:
Neat and articulate
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity in an international class hotel
