**Responsibilities**
- Leasing of retail properties by sourcing and securing suitable tenants
- Reviewing and formulating marketing and leasing strategies for long term sustainability
- Building and establishing good tenant relationships and cultivating strong network with prospects and partners
- Managing key stakeholders and engaging senior management on obtaining approvals for concepts, revenue budgets and sharing of any periodical updates
- Management reports and annual budgets
- Reviewing rentals and occupancy to implement appropriate marketing and renewal strategies
- Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Real Estate or related
- Min 5 years of retail leasing experience
- Good contacts with retail players and agents
- Excellent communication and coordination
