**[What you will be working on]**

As a member of the HR Management team, you will be responsible for the following areas:

- Review employee attraction policies and processes (such as recruitment, inclusive hiring, onboarding) to attract talents for NLB and ensure a positive employee experience
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies in line with NLB’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to position NLB as an Employer of Choice.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure that the hiring and in-service processes are efficient and effective.
- Manage the contract management, deployment and offboarding processes to ensure smooth delivery of in-service HR processes

**[What we are looking for]**
- Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in Human Resource. Fresh graduates who are passionate about workforce attraction are welcome to apply.
- Enjoys working in fast-paced environment, is highly efficient and adaptable to changes
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, adept at creating efficient workflows and optimizing them
- Have good writing and analysis skills
- A good team player to work with different stakeholders
