**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Open, close, and oversee the store's daily operations.
- Guide and motivate your team to exceed sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
- Ensure accurate inventory, pricing, and store displays that attract customers.
- Train and mentor your team to enhance their skills and confidence.
- Address customer feedback professionally to build lasting relationships.
- Maintain precise sales records and stock reports.Collaborate on innovative marketing ideas to drive foot traffic.
