As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, as well as develop and cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders such as hiring managers, business heads/leads, and human resources partners. You will also be responsible for building relationships with experts on the platform. This is a key role that requires a strategic, engaging, influential, and organized recruitment professional to deliver the best service to stakeholders.
- Developing end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet client requirements.
- Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels.
- Sourcing, screening, and advertising roles using social media, platforms like LinkedIn.

**Qualifications**
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience in hiring within APAC, experience of working on global requirements will be added advantage
- Full recruiting process management experiences from talent sourcing, and interview assessment to offer negotiation and preparation of employment contract and onboarding coordination.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a strong and confident communicator who will proactively engage with stakeholders and hiring managers
- Seasoned relationship builder and ability to find a solution to a wide range of situation
