The Digital Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) design and construction of new and expansion Data Centers. The position requires a high dependency on Telecom principles for execution. In this role you will required to collaborate extensively with the Network, Mechanical, Electrical, and Architectural fields, with construction projects spanning across our exciting, upcoming Retail, Hyperscale, and Hybrid data center designs.

Other responsibilities include financial planning and reporting; vendor management; real estate evaluation; contract negotiations; bid analysis; legal assessments; and business development.

**Recent experience with an Enterprise Carrier demonstrating significant skills with Telecom Design and Networking will be highly beneficial, as will proven success within engineering, operations, design, and construction of premium Data Centers.**

Project Management, Skills, & Leadership:

- Facilitates projects by conducting meetings, recording meeting minutes/action items, and performing complete and thorough follow-up.
- Oversees and approves Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Order tracking process, and ensures orders are processed in accordance with Equinix’s service and operational standards to facilitate data integrity and invoice accuracy.

Technical Writing:
You will serve as the content owners for a range of Technical Specifications and including all technical documentation and user manuals and maintain Global Equinix standards for Telecom and Interconnection.
- Develops methods and materials for assembling best practices for other Digital Infrastructure staff, and prepares curriculum including ideas for group discussions, demonstrations, and workshops.
- Able to travel across the Region where needed to domestic and international sites, for installation oversight, support, follow-up, and training.
- Engage with Site Operations to gather input on local design requirements.
