The Production Manager is a highly organised professional with experience managing the end-to-end jewellery production process across multiple locations. The role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, from sourcing raw materials to delivering high-quality finished products.

**What you will do**:

- Lead the product creation process from initial concept to commercialization and production for assigned models by ensuring on-time delivery and development according to critical dates, product specifications, sustainability, and profitability goals.
- Take the lead in sourcing, vetting, and managing new suppliers and manufacturers across various locations, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to ethical sourcing practices.
- Identify and address key issues and challenges in production and plan accordingly to deliver high-quality products.
- Partner with the Product Design Team to offer options and solutions in order to meet design intent and margin targets.
- Conduct regular industry benchmarking studies and competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement in production processes and product offerings.
- Champion the implementation of new processes by removing roadblocks and providing the appropriate level of support to maximize opportunities.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery.

**Who you are**:

- At least 5 years of experience as a Production Manager or similar capacity in the retail, fashion, or jewelry industries
- Has great networking and negotiation skills
- Decisive decision-making and problem solving
- Demonstrated ability in communicating creative solutions with confidence, ease, and clarity to internal teams and stakeholders
