We are looking for a Market Manager, to focus specifically on Southeast Asia and India markets, within our Asia IAT Structure.
Our work can take on many different forms from product launch campaigns, designing omnichannel media frameworks, to identifying the right data, tech and tools solutions for the client. As Market Manager, you will be able to flex across these types of work, in partnership with capability leads as needed, to ensure at all time the client’s needs are met and expectations exceeded.
If you have experience in delivering integrated campaigns (particularly, digital) for pharma brands across both HCP and consumer communications and is familiar with the different regulatory and cultural nuances of Southeast Asia and India, we want to talk to you
- Work closely with the client and Publicis Groupe teams to deliver integrated campaigns, adapted from the global strategy, for 9 markets across Southeast Asia and India, with support from the IAT Lead.
- You will be closely connected with the rest of the IAT teams globally, and actively seek out best practices and strategies that will be relevant for your region.
- You will be the owner of the day-to-day relationship with the local market client, be seen as an essential contributor, and as such be invited to all key meetings. Leveraging on your knowledge of the regulatory landscape and cultural nuances that exists across Southeast Asia and India, you will be consistently adding value; strategically and tactically.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business and actively seek out opportunities to drive the client’s business forward, taking the initiative to develop proposals and convert curiosity into business value for the client.
- Bringing together the right agency and/or discipline leads that will help drive the client and project forward in the right way. Knowing when to put the right people in front of the client.
- Foster close collaborate with Programme Management, Media, Data, Creative, and Production leads, to deliver on transformative marketing for our client.
**Qualifications**
- At least 10 years of integrated campaign experience, particularly digital; preferably with prior experience working on Global Network Clients at a regional level.
- Experience in executing HCP & Consumer campaigns within Asia; familiar with the timelines, processes and needs for the implementation of integrated campaigns.
- Clear and concise communication style, particularly in written form.
- A collaborative working style and infectious energy.
- Action oriented.
- Highly organised with excellent time management.
- High EQ, understanding how to read people and always thinking of others.
- Flexible and adaptable. Taking ever-changing circumstances and project demands in your stride, always the picture of calm and controlled.
