**Job Title**:Functional SME - MS Dynamics Project Operations

**Responsibilities**

As the Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the MS Dynamics Project Operations module implementation, you will play a critical role in the successful deployment of this solution. This position requires deep functional expertise and leadership in working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective project outcomes.

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**:

- 15-18 years of hands-on experience with MS Dynamics Project Operations, with a proven record of success in delivering complex solutions.
- **Implementation Expertise**:

- Demonstrated track record of leading full-cycle greenfield implementations within the MS Dynamics Project Operations module, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical specifications.
- **Functional Knowledge**:

- Strong expertise in the Project Operations module, formerly known as Navision, with a solid grasp of project management and operations workflows.
- **Location & Availability**:

- Must be available to work on-site at Surbana Jurong for the duration of the project.
- **Contract Length**:

- This is an 18 to 21-month contract position.

- Deep understanding of project management processes, operations workflows, and how they align with Project Operations module functionalities.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into functional requirements and ensuring clear communication throughout the implementation process.
- **Leadership & Collaboration**:

- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide teams and manage transitions to ensure a seamless implementation process.
