Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customize, and enhance MS Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including Sales, Service, and Marketing.
  • Develop and deploy workflows, plugins, dashboards, and reports to support business operations.
  • Migrate data, integrate systems, and perform system upgrades as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and provide technical feasibility assessments.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and resolve CRM-related issues promptly.
  • Document processes, provide training, and offer ongoing support to end-users.
