**What the role is**
- We strengthen and support families to realise the vision of making Singapore the best place for family life through our policies, programmes and publicity efforts. With the SDN Council’s guidance, SDN works with various partners to facilitate a conducive environment for singles to meet and interact with each other. SDN also engages local, regional and global businesses to support a vibrant local dating landscape.

**What you will be working on**
- You will lead a team to formulate SDN’s long term roadmap to facilitate a conducive environment for singles to expand their social circle. You will build a strong network of community and commercial partners to support the local dating sector and enable a variety of social interaction opportunities for singles. Job Responsibilities: - Strengthen SDN’s current strategies and/or formulate new strategies for sector development, public outreach and mindset shift. - Support the local dating sector’s development by establishing long-term collaborations with commercial businesses, industry stakeholders and community organisations. - Promote active social interaction and, positive mindset towards dating and marriage among singles by devising key initiatives for both offline and online efforts, including SDN’s overall public outreach strategy. - Review and streamline SDN’s processes to drive digitalisation.

**What we are looking for**
- Competencies required: - Self-motivated individual with at least 7 years working experience preferably in B2B partnerships and engagement, including stakeholder management and public outreach. - At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory and/or leadership role. - Good research and analytical skills - Ability to engage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Strong written and communications skills - Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment to manage concurrent projects and meet deadlines. - Experience in user journey and system management will be an added advantage.
