**Introduction**

In view of the psychological impact of Covid-19, we have specially created this job position to welcome people from all walks of life to come forward and be the first point of contact for anyone who is in need of advice and support pertaining to mental health issues.
- Respond professionally to incoming queries on mental health
- Assess clients’ needs and make appropriate arrangements and recommendations
- Provide clients with information on relevant intervention and support, and liaise with other agencies, as required
- Equip clients with self-care techniques (e.g. coping strategies and reframing negative experiences) to maintain emotional health
- Play an advocacy role for misconceptions in mental health
- Identify and escalate emergency and crisis situations to supervisor and assist in the coordination and conduct of crisis resolution
- Prepare, update and document all records and reports accurately, coherently, promptly and thoroughly according to organizational procedures to ensure compliance, and ease of review and retrieval
- Complete assigned tasks and necessary reports on time
- Other administrative support or adhoc duties as required by the organization

**Work Model**
- 6 - Month Probation with basic mental health training and buddy system - Work from Office
- Upon confirmation - Hybrid

**Requirement**
- Basic computer skills (MS Office - Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Word)
- Diploma in relevant fields

**Personality**
- Able to work independently
- Have the passion to serve in the mental health industry
- Matured
- Patient
- Responsible

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month
