Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with senior managerial or directorial staff to provide administrative support.
- Preparation of Sales Quotations, PSB Documents, Costing Sheets, Risk Assessment, Progress Claim & Tender for Projects.
- Enquire and compare pricing from suppliers, place orders and preparation of Purchase Order.
- Check on suppliers’ delivery orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
- For overseas shipment, enquire and compare the best shipping rates unless specified and arrange shipment.
- Assisting in arranging & organising meetings with clients and liaise with suppliers.
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries & request and handling them when appropriate.
- Devising & maintaining office systems & filings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both local and overseas business clients. Need to travel when required.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in business administration, development, sales, or a related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to work 5.5 work week.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
