**Post-Sales Role**:
**Customer Warranty Case Management**
- Managing Australian customer complaints
- Managing warranty cases in the CSP system (Customer Service Portal)
- Co-ordinate with call centre for daily customer enquiries, including daily shipping, warranty claims, and general enquiries
**Regional Technical Support**
- On-site technical support, including but not limit to: Inspection, trouble-shooting, warranty support for large-scale projects
**Warehouse management**
- daily communication with logistics and operation team for RMA orders.
- intermittent warehouse stock management
**Daily communication with Trina HQ (Mandarin preferable)**
- Report to HQ warranty service manager
- Warranty case co-ordination with HQ warranty supervisor
- Working as a window between customers and Trina’s internal team
**Complete other tasks arranged by the company and leaders
**Skills Requirement**:
- Bilingual in English and Chinese in order to liaise with Chenese countertparties
- Daily management for 3PL/suppliers portal system, online data share system.
- Facing customer, be proficient in communication with customers
- Have a strong sense of cooperation, sense of responsibility, and the ability to think and solve problems independently
- The most important thing is to have enough patience and a positive working attitude
- Excellent skills in writing business E-mails and MS software.
- Need to travel irregularly
