We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Restaurant Manager / Head Barista to join our team to help oversee daily operations. You will be an integral part of Milligram team.
- As a Restaurant Manager and Head Barista your main responsibilities include planning and coordination of restaurant operations and guest relationship
- 2+ years in a similar role in restaurant/cafe/F&B
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- Proven experience to manage a team including recruitment and staff development
- Oversee restaurant operations to ensure that the outlet is properly set for service.
- Experience in creating and organising functions as part of core management responsibilities
- A detailed eye for cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to high-pressure situations
- A passion for providing an outstanding and positive customer experience
- Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example

Duties
- Overseeing day to day restaurant operations, including daily accounting and sales settlement
- Managing and rostering staff schedule, recruitment and training of staff
- Setting and maintaining exceptional standards of customer service
- Monitor compliance with sanitation, safety rules and regulations are completed on a regular basis
- Oversee the grooming of staff and ensure that the code of conduct is adhered to at all times.
- Improve processes and workflows to ensure that breakages and wastage of food are minimized.
- Lead the team and motivate them to contribute to the best of their abilities.
- Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.
