**Responsibilities**:
- Identifies and drives investment recommendations for emerging technologies in offshore wind, new energies, and decarbonization.
- Analyzes technological advancements across TRLs (low to high), recommending pathways for Seatrium’s innovation and investment priorities.
- Develops comprehensive roadmaps, insights, and analysis reports to support strategic decisions on technology adoption and innovation.
- Collaborates with Seatrium's Strategy and Technology teams to align development programs with industry trends and technology roadmaps.
- Provides strategic insights through detailed monthly reports on Offshore Wind, New Energies, and Decarbonization technologies.
- Shares critical market intelligence and trends across internal teams to ensure organization-wide alignment.
- Leads the creation of conceptual development plans for emerging business opportunities, integrating engineering, commercial, and project insights.
- Manages opportunities through the gate process, including concept selection and decision-making for FEED progression.
- Evaluates risks and provides unbiased, value-based recommendations for technology and project development.
- Represents Seatrium as a thought leader at global forums, advocating for innovation in decarbonization and energy transition.
- Organizes and manages high-profile events, such as the Seatrium Decarbonization Forum, fostering collaboration across stakeholders.
- Engages in cross-industry discussions to position Seatrium at the forefront of technological advancements.
- Builds and manages relationships with key technology stakeholders, including industry partners, research institutions, and government entities.
- Leverages cross-sector knowledge transfer to drive innovation and identify new opportunities.
- Builds and mentors a high-performing technology team, providing guidance and training to ensure team alignment with Seatrium’s objectives.Develops technical manuals and strategic frameworks to support consistent project execution.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, or Naval Architecture)
- Master’s in Engineering/Technology or MBA (preferred)
- 13+ years in offshore/marine industry, focusing on green energy and decarbonization
- Knowledge of technology development and deployment (low to high TRL)
- Data synthesis into investment recommendations and strategic insights
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
