As a warehouse assistant, your main task will be **ensuring import / export **cargo detail accuracy **and performing daily warehouse duties. Attention to detail will be essential to doing well in this position.

*Entry level applicants are welcomed On job training provided.*

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily warehouse duties including but not limited to inbound (receiving, sorting, put-away),
- Outbound (pick/pack/release)
- Check on the quality and quantity of items for receiving and releasing
- Use WMS
- Assist supervisor in ensuring accurate tasks execution
- Ad-hoc tasks will be assigned based on warehouse needs

**1) Receiving clerk**
- Ensure cargo received tallies with shipping order
- Correctly input marking, measurement, photos, quantity and remarks into tablet
- Attached cargo tracking tags
- Sign off on shipping order

**2) Releasing clerk**
- Ensure cargo released tallies with deliver order
- Check marking, photos, quantity on tablet upon releasing
- Retrieve cargo tracking tags after confirmation of release
- Sign off on delivery order

**3) Tracer**
- Locate cargo for stuffing using tablet or physical draft load list
- Affix numbered sticker on cargo for stuffing into same container

**4) Tally clerk**

Unstuffing
- Carry out Import Planner instructions
- Tally physical cargo according to import manifest
- Correctly input marking, measurement, photos, quantity and remarks into tablet
- Attached cargo tracking tags on cargo

Stuffing
- Carry out Export Planner instructions
- Tally physical cargo according to export load plan
- Ensure correct cargo are loaded into the correct container
- Retrieve cargo tracking tags upon loading of cargo

Full time position with CPF. No shift work.

5.5 working days.

OT pay given for Overtime work when required.
