DESIGNATION : Employer Skills Training Programme Manager (6-month contract), DKHMCC
RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for Dato’ Kho Hui Meng Career Centre (DKHMCC).
- Forecast and plan mandatory career preparation programme for undergraduates.
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of programme administration to support students’ completion of graduation milestone.
- Work with internal / external stakeholders to support students’ completion of graduation milestone.
- Develop resolutions to issues and effective case management for programme administration.
- Manage and monitor the operating budget for mandatory programme.
- Manage resources to secure rooms, facilities and equipment required for the career centre’s needs.
- Curate marketing materials to promote recruitment talks, events and workshops.
- Provide data for monthly reporting.
- Support the department in other office administrative work and departmental level activities / events.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience in training progamme administration/management and stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and able to work independently.
- Proven track record in ability to multitask and meet deadlines over several projects in a fast paced environment with strong follow up.
- Flexible and able to manage contingency arrangements where necessary and manage multiple tasks and assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
- Knowledge of trends in career development and higher education framework is a plus.
