Our team is growing and we are looking for Social Media Supervisor to join our team You'll be working with our well-built US Creative Art team on a number of key projects including Lords Mobile, Castle Clash, Time Princess, and many more
**Job Description**:
1. Build and maintain our top games social media communities, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord, Tiktok and YouTube; with a focus on high-quality content creation, calendar management, competitor research, etc.
2. Establish our games on other social media platforms and channels such as Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, etc. Explore possible promotions in major game forums.
3. Develop new partnership opportunities with other industries and agencies.
4. Train and organize the team to better support the development and operations teams.
**Qualifications**:
1. Fluent English speaker, and have a strong understanding of U.S. culture, history, and current affairs (must have grown up or lived in the US for many years).
2. Have at least 2-3 years of experience in building and maintaining social media communities for games across all major social media tools.
3. Have at least 2 years team management experience. Willing to adjust working hours to better manage the multinational teams. Multinational management and communication experience is a plus.
4. Understand the U.S market and have experience in establishing partnerships with the various media and cross industry partners.
5. Familiar with the daily social trends and latest pop culture. Be innovative, able to work independently, and constantly improving oneself.
6. Videos production or live streaming experience is a plus
7. Chinese language proficiency is a plus
