Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and creative Brand Narrative & Social Media Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying our brand voice and narrative across social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with brand goals and audience engagement objectives.

· Craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with target audiences and effectively communicate the brand story.

· Create high-quality and visually appealing social media content across various formats (text, images, videos) that adheres to brand guidelines and identity.

· Manage and schedule social media content calendars ensuring timely and consistent posting across platforms.

· Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics and generate insights to inform content strategy and campaign optimization.

· Engage and interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive brand community.

· Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices and implement innovative strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.

· Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and their unique audiences and functionalities.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and impactful content.

· Solid visual design sense and proficiency in relevant design software (optional, depending on specific responsibilities).

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

· Passion for storytelling and brand building.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
