The Opportunity:
  • Adecco is partnering with a public sector agency to search for an experienced Social Media & Event Marketing Executive.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing social media strategies with strong content creation skills across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, combining creative storytelling, copywriting, and data-driven insights with effective project and stakeholder management.
  • Role will start off as a 12 months contract assignment.
The Job:
  • Research & Strategy Development:

    Analyze successful STEM/life sciences campaigns, build audience profiles (students, parents, educators), and create a structured content and social media strategy with KPIs.
  • Social Media & Content Creation:

    Develop and publish engaging content tailored to platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Handle copywriting, visual creation, and messaging. Track and optimize campaign performance.
  • Event Support & Coordination:

    Assist with organizing talent recruitment events, manage logistics and stakeholder communications, and develop pre- and post-event content for digital platforms.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    Work with internal teams, industry partners, educational institutions, and external vendors to ensure brand and messaging consistency across campaigns and events.
The Talent:
  • Must-Have:

    Experience in social media strategy, content creation, and campaign execution

    Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube

    Strong skills in copywriting, visual storytelling, and performance analysis

    Solid project coordination and stakeholder management abilities

    A minimum Diploma or DegreeGood to Have:

    Background in event management

    Interest in the STEM/life sciences field

    Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive
