**Responsibilities**:
You will be providing backend administration, customer and general management support to the Retail Operations and Sales team.

Collaborate closely with frontline operations and sales team, work with different stakeholders to ensure operational and service excellence
Participate and support marketing campaigns, operational activities, set up of new stores etc
Assist in engaging the frontliners through different channels such as face to face/virtual meeting, written/verbal communication, surveys and polls, social media, team bonding activities
Arrange meetings and write minutes of meeting
Prepare sales, product trending and other performance reports and propose recommendations
Track and analyse stores working schedule and highlight opportunities for optimisation and better manpower planning
Co-administer recognition program with the Learning & Development team
Handle customers’ feedback and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner. Investigate and assist in service recovery when required
Assist in monitoring effective execution of programs and compliance with SOP
Participate in continuous improvement projects. Review current work processes and procedures, identify areas of improvement and follow up on its implementation and documentation
Be the department document controller. Ensure well-organised and good filling system for ease of retrieval including archived records
Handle dispatch of documents and items to stores
Perform any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
At least Diploma or equivalent professional qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience
Meticulous, good analytical and numeracy skills
Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills
Proficient in MS Office, in particularly Excel and Powerpoint
