OPERATION EXECUTIVE for Security Agency Located at Woodlands
- Must be able to travel island-wide for Meetings
- Deployment of Security Manpower
- Scedual their work shift, Levave
developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures
- Recruiting, training and supervising security officers
- Build rapport with security officers and maintain high morale and motivation amongst the members of your team
- Attend regular meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
- Coordinate and respond to changes in schedules and rosters, client requests, unexpected situations, emergencies and alarms.
- Investigate, review and report incidents and breaches, and resolve emerging issues quickly and efficiently
- Create reports for management on security status
- To motivate and discipline all your subordinates
- The company shall revise your roles and responsibilities again in the future and shall inform you if there are any changes.
- To assist your superior in performing day to day operations of the company
- To take charge of all security officers and office staff's daily attendance and to submit to the HR Department on a daily basis.
- At least 1 years experience in a similar position with proven experience as an OE (Security)
- Security Supervisor Certification or higher, with valid pre-requisite PLRD and other licenses
- Extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures, and experience using relevant security technology and equipment.
- Experience in handling conflict situations, and in reporting and emergency response planning
- Strong leadership, training and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong computer skills
- Posess own vehicle with valid license is a plus
