**Introduction**
This role is to manage the overall security of business operations.

**Your Job**:

- Manage and coordinate the Security Manpower operations
- Plan and enhance the Physical Security program as to mitigate external threat.
- Promote Security Awareness program to create a Security culture.
- Collect and analyse Security statistics and provide continuous improvement options.
- Review and update Security Procedures and Work Instructions to support the business operations.
- Conduct Security audits and provide enhancement program to secure the campus.
- Plan and execute Physical Security system projects.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma
- Working experience as a Singapore Police Officer with good references
- Preference for those with three years experience in installation and maintenance of complex security systems including Access Control, CCTV and Fire Alarm Systems.
- Ability to operate computer and system interface programs to ensure appropriate computing and analysis of alarm systems including producing alarm metrics.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Security Operation knowledge in the Singapore Police Force
- Management skill in manpower operations.
- Trained in investigation skill
- Handle security for large events
- Handle security for emergency response
- Knowledge in Physical Security installation
- Good communication skill
- Independent with good initiative
