**Entity: Allianz SE Singapore Branch**

**Job Purpose**:
The role is to support the Regional Compliance and Legal functions with the handling of day-to-day compliance issues for the Regional Office in Singapore and Allianz operating entities in the Region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and conducting OE compliance reviews and risk assessments as part of the Compliance Quality Assurance Program
- Completeness check of the documentation received from Operating Entities, taking minutes of the meetings with Oes, Group Compliance, support in preparing reports and various materials for different internal stakeholders incl. Group.
- Support in preparing and conducting trainings to employees on compliance topics;
- Ongoing monitoring of compliance and risk frameworks, policies and procedures;
- Support the Regional Chief Compliance officer and Regional Chief Legal Counsel and in preparing compliance reporting for senior management, committees and board.

**Key Requirements**:

- Law students preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
- Able to work independently
- Have good organizational skills and Able to multi-task
- Meticulous and pay attention to details
- good written/communication skills, fluent Chinese preferred
