
Assistant Manager, Building/project

The role encompasses assisting the HOD to overseas, manage and coordinate all Building/Project & Facility (BPF) projects, liaising with contractors and stakeholders to meet project schedule and achieve cost efficiency.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage a team of consultant, contractors, and project executives
- Ensure all relevant submissions are in line with project schedule
- Manage project cost and resources to achieve maximum efficiency, ensuring timely delivery and full compliance with requirements

- Provide regular project updates, risk identification to management and internal team
- Assist the HOD in any other project management related activities as required
**Job Specifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction / Building / Management / Project Management / Engineering related studies from recognized university
- At least 8 years of relevant experience
- Sound knowledge of Project Management procedures
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to visualise issues and communicate them across to others
- Outstanding organisation, coordination and leadership skills
- Strong team player and able to work to the deadline
