Alchemy Foodtech is a Singapore-based food innovation startup focusing on carb and sugar control with our patented fibre platform technology, Alchemy Fibre, so we can have the freedom to eat our favourite foods, and fight the global diabetes and obesity epidemic.
- **We are looking for a Regional Business Development Manager who is experienced in ingredient and premix products to join our team to help us our mission.**_
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute GTM strategies and sales targets with supervisor
- Hunt for new key accounts, and manage existing accounts
- Responsible for achieving targeted sales volumes by bringing in new and maintaining existing business
- Technical selling required
- Manage project timeline, and ensure deadlines are met
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
- Promote company brand visibility and partnership branding
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business
- Technical knowledge in Chemistry or Food Science preferred/ Prior experience in technical selling preferred
- 3-5 years of work experience in related field (food)
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Proven ability to set and execute strategies in a cross-functional environment
