**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager - Lift Industry to promote and sell our range of lift solutions. You will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and fostering strong client relationships within the lift industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Identify potential markets, clients, and business opportunities within the lift industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in the industry.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide expert product knowledge to clients, addressing inquiries and assisting in selecting the most suitable lift solution.
- Stay up to date with industry developments, new technologies, and regulations related to lifts and elevators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Uphold the company's reputation for excellence, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) within the lift industry.
- In-depth knowledge of lift systems, components, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical details and communicate them effectively to clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
