Under this role, you will be handling two brands, Mizu Aesthetic Clinic and Aeras by Mizu. Located at ION Orchard, we offer a wide range of premier medical aesthetics and medispa services. Established in 2015, the clinic and medispa are led by Dr YZ Tan, whose passions lie not only in aesthetics but also in diving and marine life and conservation.

At Mizu, we are enthusiastic beauty lovers with deep knowledge and passion for aesthetics and skincare. We work hard as a family, are understanding towards one another, and set out to achieve goals together. We are looking for an individual with the same drive and mindset to join our vibrant family in our journey forward together.

In this role, you will take on the responsibility of the following:
**Marketing**
- Execute marketing promotions and campaigns, which include digital marketing, posters, website, events, etc
- Prepare marketing materials as required
- Ad hoc duties when assigned

**Content Creation**
- Create compelling copy, image & video content across all platforms (both owned and paid) designed to drive traffic, promote audience engagement, generate awareness and support company objectives, from ideation, planning, execution to post-production
- Help develop content strategy and drive calendar planning
- Generate concise creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all marketing and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- Write effective copy for social media and websites with a strong grasp of brand language
- Photography and video-editing skills would be a very strong bonus

**Social Media**
- Maintain monthly social media content calendar and schedule postings according to the planned calendar
- Monitor, manage and respond to comments and enquiries across all platforms
- Strive to hit campaign KPIs and help track benchmarks
- Monitor, analyse and report on social media data to provide strategic and actionable insights and optimise ROI

**Expectations**

You should:

- Have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Be a digital native with experience and adaptable knowledge in managing various social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Have a strong understanding of how to engage social media followers and build new audiences
- Possess the drive and passion for all things beauty, as well as display pro-activeness and critical thinking skills
- Be creative and generate engaging content on a consistent basis
- Be able to work independently and cooperatively on multiple tasks and meet deadlines on simultaneous projects
- Be accountable for tasks and deliverables at all times
- Deliver work of quality, meeting benchmarks with mínimal revisions required
- Possess empathy and demonstrate a strong ability to work collaboratively
- Portfolio of your past work in content creation and/or marketing campaigns
- Any samples of your work and interests (e.g. photos, videos, etc.)
- A short introduction about yourself

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
