The Role:

We are looking for a driven Marketing Executive to support our B2B growth initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating marketing campaigns, connecting with corporate clients, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic learning organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, and events.
  • Support lead generation efforts by engaging HR, L&D, and business leaders.
  • Help create marketing content such as case studies, client stories, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Participate in initiatives to strengthen Aventis' brand and visibility in the corporate learning space.
  • Assist in organizing client-facing events, webinars, and workshops.
  • Support the marketing team in day-to-day administrative and campaign-related tasks.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, corporate training, or professional services.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media, or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Results-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
