**Sales Manager(NetSuite)** who will immediately contribute to the organization’s marketing efforts. You will support the online voice of the company ensuring the community is at the heart of everything we do. You will become an expert in brand storytelling and help us communicate our company value through authentic engagement with clients, customers and followers alike.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the VP Sales to develop and implement business development plans for the regions/service areas.
- Work closely with the offshore sales team to produce high quality focused results.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Research accounts identify key players and generate interest.
- Account Hunting, Account farming, contact discovery etc.
- Selling Full Spectrum Of Oracle NetSuite ERP like, Licenses, Implementation, Migration, Support Services.
- Regularly monitoring and managing the updating of information related to leads, contacts, accounts, and account hierarchies in order to maintain clean and appropriately structured database records.
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at the client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of IT ERP (NetSuite, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle e-Business Suite, SAP Business One) sales experience. **(REQUIRED).**:

- 3+ years of NetSuite ERP sales experience**, as. Solution Provider/VAR (REQUIRED).**:

- 3+ years of ERP Licensing experience in international markets. **(REQUIRED).**:

- Hunter-type personality with a track record of consistent earnings.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of International (North American) market trends and best practices.
- Flexibility of working in dual time zones, (EST/PST/CST/MST).
- Experience in building and handling relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to motivate others on a team and help them succeed.
- Multitasking skills and the ability to tend to multiple problems at a time.
- Problem-solving skills, especially in situations of high stress.
