Our client has been at the forefront of IT transformation in Singapore, enabling enterprises and government agencies to navigate and thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
**Job Scope**:
- **Drive Sales Strategy & Execution**
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- **Team Leadership & Development**
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- **Client Relationship Management**
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to support long-term business growth.
- **Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification**
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor activities
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration & Representation**
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals, and represent the company at industry events to boost brand visibility.
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of successful experience in sales and business development, including a minimum of 1 year in a sales leadership or management role.
- Solid knowledge of bespoke software development and IT solution offerings.
- Proven track record in crafting and executing sales strategies, managing sales budgets, and forecasting performance effectively.
Working Location: Work From Home
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (10am-6pm)
**Salary**: $3,500 - $4,000 (Basic + AWS) + Tier Base Commission
