**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**PCB Design & Development**
- Design **multilayer PCB layouts**using tools like **Altium, OrCAD, or KiCad**.
- Collaborate with **hardware engineers and embedded developers**to optimize circuit performance.
- Ensure PCB designs comply with **EMC, signal integrity, and thermal requirements**.

**Manufacturing & Assembly**
- Work closely with **EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) partners**for PCB fabrication and assembly.
- Optimize **DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly)**to improve production yield.
- Troubleshoot **PCBA failures, rework, and process issues**in collaboration with suppliers.

**Testing & Quality Assurance**
- Conduct **PCB validation tests**(electrical, functional, and environmental testing).
- Define **testing procedures and fixtures**for production.
- Work with **QA teams to meet IPC standards (IPC-610, IPC-2221)**.

**Component Selection & BOM Management**
- Select and qualify **electronic components**for PCBA designs.
- Maintain the **BOM (Bill of Materials)**and work with suppliers for sourcing.
- Identify and mitigate **component obsolescence risks**.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in **Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field**.
**3+ years of experience**in PCB design, assembly, and testing.
Hands-on experience with **EDA tools (Altium, OrCAD, Eagle, KiCad, etc.)**.
Familiarity with **SMT, through-hole, and hybrid assembly processes**.
Understanding of **signal integrity, EMI/EMC, thermal design, and reliability testing**.
Experience working with **contract manufacturers (EMS) and PCB suppliers**.
Knowledge of **IPC standards, RoHS compliance, and industry regulations**.

**Preferred Skills (Bonus)**:
➕ Experience with **high-speed, RF, or power electronics PCBs**.
➕ Knowledge of **embedded systems, microcontrollers, and FPGA hardware**.
➕ Familiarity with **automated test equipment (ATE) and PCB debugging tools**.
