PCBa Process Engineer

**Job Descriptions**:

- Create Engineering procedures to standardize product manufacturing activities and execution;
- Interface with the client at the request of Project Manager or Engineering Manager in order to understand technical requirement for all product aspects of production;
- Provide input to Project Manager or Project Engineer on defining process, cycle time estimates, NRE and equipment needed for RFQ or new product launch;
- Communicate with the Project Manager or Project Engineer on encountered issues related to DFM for them to feedback to client on potential improvement;
- Integrate BOM, drawings and gerber files to design stencil, jigs and fixtures, setup new programs for PCBA machines and WI for each processes.
- Perform data driven DOE to solve re occurring issues and proposing new process improvement;
- Minimizing the production downtime related to machine performance, spare parts requisition and preventive maintenance;
**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or any related field.
- Any training certification related to this position is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in PCBA (Product and Process), preferably with additional experience with molding, assembly or automation.
- PCBA and Box Build Manufacturing Environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, listening, verbal and written communication skills, analytical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge on manufacturing engineering processes.
- Experience in handling communication with client is an advantage.
