Job Title: High-Performance PCBA Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled engineer to join our team as a High-Performance PCBA Engineer.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex PCBA failures to component level.
  • Develop and implement effective test strategies to verify product functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
  • Provide technical training and support to other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PCBA design, development, and testing.
  • Strong understanding of electrical circuits, microcontrollers, and programming languages (e.g. C++, Python).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
