This position requires you to be responsible for facilitating Face to Face (classroom) and Synchronus (virtual) training programs, developing content, Creating micro learning modules using suitable tools.

Support Curriculum Development - Manager to conduct market research as well as for the launch of any new curriculum while providing mentorship and leadership to all trainers under your responsibility to ensure quality delivery of the training at all times.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate training courses in both live and on-line environments
- Right selection, development and maintaining of qualified adult educators team
- Monitor and manage training and assessment activities to ensure they meet the SSG standards
- Work with curriculum lead to organise new course launch, trial, RnD for pilot class run
- Conduct regular AE meetings to update them about company policies and procedures, circular from agencies and latest announcements.
- Plan, deploy and monitor Adult Educators (both Full Time & Associate) for the classes as per monthly planner.
- Support Business Development Manager in the development of Corporate/ITQ Proposals including the presentation as necessary.
- Be a team player and act in accordance with the organization’s code of conduct always

**Eligibility**
- Degree and above in any one of the disciplines : i. Food Safety, ii. Culinary & Baking or iii. Digital & ICT
- Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) OR ACLP
- Minimum 3 years of WSQ Training experience in any one of the above 3 disciplines.
- Possessing DACE / DDDLP will be an added advantage but not compulsory

LOCATION: CITY OR WEST

WORK DAYS: 5.5 DAYS A WEEK
