Adult Physiotherapy Role

We are seeking experienced physiotherapists to join our allied health team. You will be supporting adults with physical, functional, and mobility needs in a variety of settings, including residential homes, day activity centres, and community-based initiatives.

The role involves conducting assessments and providing physiotherapy interventions for adult clients with mobility, neurological, functional, and physical rehabilitation needs.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide tailored physiotherapy interventions for adult clients with diverse needs.
  • Develop and implement holistic care plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Deliver therapy through individual or group sessions in centre-based or community-based settings, including home visits when required.
  • Provide education and training to caregivers and staff to promote safe mobility and functional independence for clients.
  • Participate in case discussions to contribute to comprehensive care planning for adult clients.

Clinical Supervision and Professional Development

  • Access to regular clinical supervision, mentorship, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with experienced therapists and multidisciplinary teams to support adults across a wide range of physical, intellectual, and sensory disabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Fully registered or eligible for registration with the relevant governing body.
  • Possess passion for working with adults in various settings.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in adult physiotherapy.
