The Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) is a trade union of employers. Our mission is to advance tripartism and enhance labour market flexibility to enable employers to implement responsible employment practices for sustainable growth. SNEF has a membership of over 3,500 companies with a combined workforce of over 800,000.
**I. EXECUTIVE - CENTRE FOR LABOUR INFORMATION AND ANALYTICS**
**Responsibilities**
- Research, monitor and interpret economic, labour and HR trends and information
- Design and conduct surveys, collect and analyse salary, benefits and other manpower/HR data with the aim of providing valuable insights to HR leaders.
- Plan and execute HR projects along areas of salary benchmarking, benefits review, employee engagement and other talent management programmes.
- Strengthen employers’ policy position on workplace and workforce issues using a data driven approach.
- Execute commercial Manpower/HR consultancy projects
- Support content and delivery of workshops, events and seminars
**Qualifications**
- Degree with a major in HR, Economics, Business, Statistics or other related disciplines
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Designation / Salary to commensurate with experience
- Team player with a growth mindset, meticulous and have a keen eye to details
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the use of Excel, SPSS and survey technologies would be advantageous.
