**Key Responsibilities**

1. Assist Front office on Trade Executions, PnL Reporting, Stock Borrows, Corporate Actions, Trade Lifecycle events (example: Dividends, Options exercise/expirations)

2. Trade and Position Reconciliations between Front Office and Prime Brokers, Trading Counterparties and Fund Administrators

3. Cash Reconciliation and Reporting. Liaising with accounting team for Payments.

4. Resolve Breaks and follow up with respective stakeholders for timely trade settlements. Manage Fails and Claims.

5. Provide operational support to the Trading desk/Front Office and attend to their requests and queries

6. Support Accounts On boarding and KYC/AML checks

7. Assist support teams with Accounting, Audit and Compliance queries

8. Work closely with Fund Administrators for timely production of NAV and arrange for Fund payments to be processed.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of work experience in the financial industry preferably in a Middle or Back Office / Trade Support capacity.
- Experience in Trade Lifecycle support for Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives products.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end transaction cycle.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working independently and together with the Trading and Support teams.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously.
