**Job Purpose:
Hands on management and oversight of all matters relating to execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Trades are properly and correctly entered into the system.
- Timely deal entry by specific timeline for middle office to run PnL and exposure.
- To reconcile and compare broker confirms to remove any trade errors.
- Assisting with business cashflow and budgeting process
- Assisting with client onboarding procedures
- Updating market databases, supply-demand models and vessel tracking
- Supporting traders with market analysis and trade strategy formation
- Preparing with internal and external presentations and reports
- To perform administrative and other duties to support the team as required from time to time.

**Education, Experience and Skills**:

- 2-3 years of trade support experience in commodity trading arena
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with good written and spoken English.
- Flexible disposition
- Highly computer literate
- Able to work on own initiative under pressure and in a methodical, detailed and accurate fashion
- Detailed, quick of thought and communicative.
- Understanding some aspects of the work of a trading company.
