**Roles and Responsibilities**

1) Similar leadership role experience on ETS team and/or Application support team.

2) Lead a team of 4 to support in the under mentioned scope:

- **Trading Support**
- Support different Trading Systems such as CQG, ATP, TTNG, QST, QDP, MT5 etc.
- Management on System changes, migration, implementation etc.
- Support internal Application Systems such as Global Risk, Middle Office System, Back Office etc.
- Dealer Desk Support on complex Trade and Tech issues. This would involve communicating and escalating to vendors.
- Ensure completeness with sufficiency of documentation for all support procedures.
- Basic support for internal Application Systems such as Global Risk, Middle Office System, Back Office etc.
- Dealer Desk Support on complex Trade and Tech issues. This would involve communicating and escalating to vendors.
- Ensure completeness with sufficiency of documentation for all support procedures.
- Support in Office System BCP activities
- Investigate & resolve any system setup issues on respective front-end trading system.
- Prepare and send out frontend trading platform ID/PW to authorized traders and other official client communication.
- Update in respective frontend trading platform for any changes requests in a timely manner.

**New Account Setup**
- Liaise with Front-office on new customer account setup requirements.
- Setup of new customer accounts front-end trading systems.
- Investigate & resolve any account setup issues on respective front-end trading system.
- Prepare and send out frontend trading platform ID/PW to authorized traders and other official client communication.
- Update in respective frontend trading platform for any changes requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure completeness with sufficiency of documentation for record keeping as part of client account maintenance.
- Assist in the administrative work and/or coordination involved in any ad-hoc projects/initiatives related to account setup process changes.

**Knowledge/Skills**
- At least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in trading platform support role preferred.
- Able to identify potential problems; exhibit initiative to raise issues, resolve issues and escalate as appropriate.
- Possess good customer (Internal and External), vendor and IT team relations and communication skills
- Meticulous, mature with a positive work attitude.
- Willing to work on weekends if needed but uncommon.
- Strong team player with ability to support and cover other team members whenever required.
- Basic understanding of Derivatives and FX Trading preferred
- Basic networking and operating system knowledge preferred.
- Able to identify potential problems; exhibit initiative to raise issues, resolve issues and escalate as appropriate.
- Possess good customer (Internal and External), vendor and IT team relations and communication skills
