Low Latency Electronic Trading Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Electronic Trading Expert to join our team in the APAC Equities Electronic Trading department.
This role will involve designing, developing and delivering high-performance electronic execution platforms that meet the demands of our clients.
You will collaborate with a team of developers, work closely with the product development team, technology teams, production support, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Alignment with our global strategy is crucial for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-performance electronic execution platforms
- Build common solutions for trading platform monitoring, trade reconciliation, and application recovery
- Partner with traders, quant researchers, and clients on product development
- Maintain and improve testing frameworks, development tools, and environments
- Implement test cases for trading functions
- Contribute to Agile and Continuous Integration processes
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience with strong technical knowledge and expertise in Java, C#, or C++
- Prior experience in developing automated trading platforms
- Knowledge of Python is beneficial
- Strong understanding of automated testing techniques
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration processes
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, set goals, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrable ability to present and grasp complex concepts in a multicultural environment
