Senior Low Latency Digital Asset Trading Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Trading System Engineer to join our team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented engineer to shape the future of digital asset trading by building high-performance systems and providing liquidity across leading blockchains and protocols.
The ideal candidate will have strong exposure in low-latency trading systems and be passionate about crypto trading, DeFi, and market structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize low-latency trading systems for both centralized and on-chain markets
- Develop core infrastructure for execution, order management, and real-time data
- Collaborate with traders and quants to turn strategies into production-ready systems
- Ensure ultra-fast performance, reliability, and scalability in a high-pressure environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in building low-latency systems for trading. Prior prop exposure or HFT experience will be highly regarded
- Proficiency in Rust and Python, or willingness to learn Rust
- Strong knowledge of crypto markets, blockchain mechanics, and exchange APIs
- Prioritization of research, engineering, and trading skills
