We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Electronic Trading Systems Support Specialist. This is a critical role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing electronic trading systems to minimize latency and downtime. They will also be involved in configuration and deployment of platform settings, connectivity, and integrations with liquidity providers and exchanges.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Electronic Trading Systems Support Specialist will be required to rapidly diagnose and resolve critical issues, escalating when necessary to maintain trading continuity. They will also work closely with trading desks to translate requirements into technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UNIX/Linux, SQL, and scripting (Python/Shell/Bash). Experience with FIX protocol or order management systems is a plus. They should also have familiarity with FICC, execution workflows, and algorithmic trading concepts.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in front-office application support, preferably within a sell-side institution or trading firm, is required. Strong analytical mindset, clear communication under pressure, and ability to manage stakeholder expectations are essential soft skills.
